St. John's Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center with 438 beds and over 600 physicians representing approximately 30 specialties and sub-specialties on the medical staff. In addition, St. John's Hospital serves as a teaching facility for Southern Illinois University School of Medicine residents, fellows and medical students. St. John’s Hospital recently opened a brand new Surgery Suites with 2 da Vinci Si Robots. With its innovative data sharing system and leading edge technology, our facility is top-notch in every way. We now have one of the best surgical centers in the entire country. Each of the sixteen 725-square-foot operating rooms is equipped with the most advanced technology and surgical tools. The Digital Technology Integration Hub (DTI) provides immediate access to up-to-the-minute patient information as well as video and data. This technology enables surgeons to quickly video conference with medical experts across the country or down the hall.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Client Services Manager is responsible for leading a team of Abstractors/Reviewers in delivering timely, accurate and high quality abstraction services to a group of hospital clients. This position will report directly into the Director of Client Services.
